Versatile, cold Yogurt Sauce

This yogurt sauce is extremely versatile, and I use it in many connections with small variations in herbs.

Basic Sauce Ingredients:

1 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 cloves of garlic – chopped
1/2 chopped, English cucumber.
1/3 cup fresh herb, chopped

Mix all ingredients together.

Herb Variations –
Dill – I use with salmon, shrimp, or fish dishes
Mint – I use with Lamb Dishes.
Basil – I use with chicken dishes.
