Curried Turkey with Brown Rice



1 cup onion
2 tea spoon ginger
5 cloves garlic
2 tea spoon curry
2 tea spoon cumin
juice of 1 lime
Blend all these together.


1 table spoon olive oil
1 cup onion
20 oz turkey
4 table spoon greek yogurt
0.5 cup frozen peas
0.5 cup cilantro

Salad Leaves and 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes.


Heat the olive oil in the pan. Add onion, salt and pepper and cook the onion until it is translucent. Add the turkey and brown it. Add the blended sauce and cook it enough until it is really fragrant. 2 minutes while stirring. If you are worried it might stick or burn add a little bit of water. Add yogurt, peas and chopped cilantro.

Serve over salad leaves and tomatoes, with a 1/4 cup of brown rice per person.
